Acupressure Massage

A basic introduction to how the pleasant and relaxing rhythm of Thai-style acupressure can release tension and renew energy. In these sessions the Energy Lines (Meridians) are massaged and worked with acupressure to restore and balance the flow of Life Force Energy through the body.

Traditional Thai Massage

In these sessions, rhythmic acupressure massage is complemented with gentle movement of the joints and pleasant stretching of muscles to release tension and enhance Life Force movement through the Energy Lines (Meridians). Longer treatments allow deeper relaxation and extra time to treat trouble spots (e.g. feet, back, shoulders, neck, headache, etc.) with specific Thai Massage techniques and Somatic Movement Integration.

90-120 minutes

Somatic Foot Reflexology

Focused bodywork on the form and function of your feet using acupressure, mobilization & realignment of bone structure, myofascial release and reflexology points.  Feet are the foundation for good posture, aligned movement & well being. Your feet will love you for this!

Somatic Bodywork Therapy
